Job Description General/Position Summary The Pain Regional Account Manager is a field-based role responsible for delivering flexible, high-impact coverage across the Pain Business Unit to address territory vacancies, leaves of absence, and priority business needs. The role reports to the Area Field Leader and is deployed based on regional business needs. Pain Regional Account Managers are deployed dynamically across geographies to maintain business continuity, support priority accounts, and drive execution against commercial objectives. Depending on business need, the role may assume PTAM or TBM responsibilities and is expected to quickly establish continuity across key customer relationships, accounts, and business priorities. When not covering a vacancy, the role supports surge initiatives, account recovery, new hire onboarding, and other strategic business priorities to help sustain performance and execution across the business. This role supports priority business needs across the Pain Business Unit through temporary territory deployments that may last approximately 10-12 weeks at a time. While deployed, candidates will live and work within the assigned territory during the week, engaging customers through regular in-territory travel.
