Job Description We are a CDMO organization with a focus on manufacture of biologics through microbial fermentation (both large scale and SUF), complex chemistry including HPAPI capabilities, ADC components (payloads, linkers), GLP-1 purification, bioreagents, and other emerging modalities and are seeking a highly accomplished Business Development professional who combines deep commercial expertise with an extensive technical and scientific knowledge and an existing contact base (required) with decision makers within in the Pharmaceutical market based in the East Coast / West Coast of North America. The successful candidate will independently identify emerging business opportunities, develop growth strategies, and influence business direction across key life science and biopharmaceutical markets. Working closely within the Commercial team with technical SME's, marketing, Operations, and project management, this individual will serve as a trusted advisor to the AVP of Business Development while driving high-impact initiatives that generate revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex market development programs, building influential industry relationships, and translating market intelligence into actionable business strategies.
