We are seeking an experienced sales leader for the East Region of the United States for our Immunology Sales organization. The Regional Sales Director, also known as the Director of Commercial Operations (DCO), is a second-line people leader responsible for leading a team of District Managers (Customer Team Leaders), who in turn lead field sales representatives across the region. The DCO is accountable for the performance, development, and business results of both the District Managers and their teams, including talent selection and development, strategic planning, resource allocation, ownership of the customer experience, and P&L management for the assigned region.
