Job Description POSITION SUMMARY The Clinical Leader leads and develops the team of Clinical Solutions Managers responsible for driving clinical adoption, training, and support across the TTM commercial organization. This role owns the clinical strategy for the business — setting priorities for training standards, implementation methodology, and clinical engagement models — while ensuring the Clinical Specialist team executes consistently and effectively across all territories. The Clinical Leader is a key clinical partner to Sales Leadership, translating field-level clinical insights, adoption trends, and customer feedback into recommendations that shape commercial strategy, protocol resources, and product positioning.
