This is what you will do: The Regional Account Manager, Kansas City, MO manages and develops long-term relationships with assigned physicians, extended prescribers, and other customers in the assigned territory. The Individual will represent the assigned Alexion brands and their approved indications; provide disease and product education to external customers such as physicians, nurses, etc. in order to help patients. The territory covers primarily: Kansas City MO, St . Joseph, Columbia, Springfield and Joplin. You will be responsible for: • Consistently achieves or exceeds sales objectives in assigned territory operating with the highest level of organizational ethics and compliant business practices • Creates, maintains, and executes strategic account-specific business plans reflecting the brand plan and an in-depth understanding of local market forces • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including Institutional Account Manager(s), TLL(s), SAL(s), MSL(s), FRM(s), Market Access, Diagnostics, and other respective Enterprise partners • Requires the ability to handle customer questions and objections in a way that is consistent with product indications and sales training methodology, including ability to compliantly triage inquiries to appropriate partners • Develops and maintains in-depth disease and therapeutic clinical, and scientific knowledge • Demonstrates high competen…
