As a Glaucoma Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist , you will build trusted partnerships, execute strategic territory business plans, promote Alcon's innovative ocular health portfolio, and expand access to solutions that support better patient outcomes. Working with a targeted list of ophthalmologists, optometrists, allied healthcare professionals, and key accounts, you will drive product adoption through clinical education, consultative selling, and relationship-based account management. In this remote, field-based role covering the Greater Charlotte and Western North Carolina region, including Charlotte, Asheville, Huntersville, Harrisburg, Lake Norman, and surrounding communities , you will have the opportunity to grow a dynamic and expanding healthcare market by developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering value-driven solutions to eye care professionals.
