As a Clinical Applications Specialist supporting Alcon’s Sales & Sales Support function you will be primarily responsible for training customers on the safe and effective use of Alcon products to ensure optimal patient outcomes. You will drive operational excellence through process improvement and knowledge sharing, ensuring all trial deliverables meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards in the Maryland area. In this role, a typical day will include: Manages the technical and clinical training and education of surgeons and their supporting personnel on the approved use and application of Alcon’s Cataract, Refractive, and Glaucoma surgical device products in-person and virtually.
