Work Flexibility: Field-based Stryker Position Title: Trauma Sales Representative Territory : Central Indiana spans from Terre Haute to Muncie and down to Bloomington. Schedule & On-Call Requirements This position requires an on-call schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to support trauma cases as they arise. While this level of availability is essential for the role, we understand it may not be suitable for every candidate. As a Trauma Sales Representative, you will partner with orthopedic surgeons, operating room teams, and hospital staff to provide products and technical support for trauma procedures while managing a designated sales territory. This role combines consultative sales, surgical case coverage, inventory management, and customer education.
