Work Flexibility: Field-based Stryker Position Title: Trauma Sales Representative Schedule & On-Call Requirements This position requires an on-call schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to support trauma cases as they arise. While this level of availability is essential for the role, we understand it may not be suitable for every candidate. Provide responsive clinical and technical support during trauma and orthopedic procedures, including urgent cases that occur during nights, weekends, and holidays. Build and maintain relationships with orthopedic surgeons, operating room staff, emergency department personnel, and healthcare decision-makers within assigned accounts. Manage multiple competing priorities across scheduled cases, emergency procedures, inventory requirements, and customer requests in a fast-paced environment.
