Work Flexibility: Field-based Team Sales Representative – Neurosurgical (NS) Join a team focused on supporting healthcare professionals with advanced neurosurgical solutions used in operating rooms and clinical settings. In this role, you'll partner closely with lead Territory Sales Representatives to drive product adoption, provide customer support, and help ensure clinicians have the resources they need to use Stryker products effectively. This position offers a combination of field sales, clinical support, and customer relationship management across an assigned territory. NS Product Portfolio: Stryker | Neurosurgical What You Will Do Support the execution of territory sales strategies to achieve revenue, market share, and business growth objectives. Conduct product evaluations and demonstrations in operating room and clinical environments. Present product features, benefits, and clinical applications to surgeons, nurses, and healthcare staff. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers within assigned accounts. Track territory activity, customer interactions, and sales opportunities using approved sales tools and reporting processes. Provide technical product support and troubleshooting for customers during evaluations, procedures, and follow-up activities.
