Work Flexibility: Field-based What you will do: As a Surgical Technologies Sales Representative, you will build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, and key stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that support patient care. You will lead product evaluations in the operating room and office settings, clearly demonstrating the value of our products. Through consistent follow-up and service, you will become a trusted partner within your accounts. You will manage and grow your territory by developing existing relationships, identifying new opportunities, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals. You’ll also collaborate closely with your Regional Manager, sharing insights and progress along the way. When onsite, you will use your product knowledge and adaptability to troubleshoot, provide guidance, and ensure customers feel fully supported. Surgical Technologies Product Portfolio: Surgical Technologies | Stryker What you need: 5+ years in an outside sales position (medical related fields or B2B sales preferred) or a Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited University (with at least 2+ years of outside sales experience preferred) Travel requirement: Approximately 20% travel.
