In this role, you will manage a defined territory, partner with physicians and clinical teams, and provide product support in both office and procedural settings. This position combines consultative selling, clinical engagement, and territory management to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. ENT Product Portfolio: Stryker | ENT What You Will Do Develop and manage a sales territory by promoting and selling ENT products to physicians, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and healthcare providers. Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets through territory planning, account development, and opportunity management. Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding relationships within existing accounts. Support product evaluations, procedures, and customer demonstrations in operating room and office-based environments. Educate customers on product features, clinical applications, and economic value to support purchasing decisions. Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, clinicians, office staff, and key decision-makers across assigned accounts.
