Work Flexibility: Field-based Sales Representative - Enabling Technologies Own and grow a territory by promoting Stryker's advanced navigation, imaging, and surgical planning technologies to hospitals, surgeons, and healthcare providers. This field-based role combines medical device sales, business development, customer education, and procedural support as you help customers integrate enabling technology solutions that improve surgical workflows and patient care. ET Product Portfolio: Stryker | Enabling Technologies What You Will Do Achieve or exceed assigned revenue, quota, and territory growth objectives by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, operating room personnel, hospital administrators, and key decision-makers while managing customer accounts through territory planning, account development, and ongoing customer engagement. Conduct product evaluations, demonstrations, and sales presentations in operating room, procedural, and clinical environments. Train surgeons, nurses, and healthcare professionals on the safe and effective use of navigation, imaging, and surgical planning technologies.
