Work Flexibility: Field-based The Sustainability Solutions – Regional Manager (SSS RM) is responsible for designing, developing, and executing sales programs that support and achieve the organization’s business objectives. The role plans, directs, and coordinates regional sales efforts to ensure consistent performance and goal attainment. This is a management position that achieves results primarily through others. The role may include direct management of professional staff, management through subordinate managers or supervisors, or leadership of cross-functional or process-driven teams where results are delivered through influence rather than direct reporting relationships.
