As an Associate Sales Representative supporting our Trauma business in Dayton, Ohio , you will gain hands on experience in the operating room, develop technical expertise, and play a key role in supporting surgeons and healthcare teams across your territory. What will you be doing? Supporting the Trauma Sales team across the Dayton territory to help drive revenue growth and achieve quota Assisting with surgical case coverage and providing technical support in operating room environments Managing demo inventory including setup, troubleshooting, and ensuring product availability Delivering product education and in service training to surgeons and hospital staff Transporting inventory between customer accounts to support clinical needs Building foundational knowledge of Trauma Orthopaedics including internal and external fixation solutions Developing strong relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and clinical teams Participating in a 24 7 on call rotation with the wider sales team What will you need to be successful?
