This role is designed for an accomplished sales professional who is ready to take ownership of a significant market opportunity . Rochester and the surrounding southern Minnesota corridor include a sophisticated mix of academic medicine, community hospitals, and ambulatory surgery centers. We are looking for someone who brings strong clinical credibility , commercial discipline , and the ability to build trusted relationships across a complex healthcare environment. What you will own · Commercial responsibility for the Rochester territory , including quota achievement, forecasting, pricing strategy, and territory growth · Identification and development of new business opportunities · Expansion of portfolio adoption and case volume within existing accounts · Relationship development with surgeons, operating room teams, service line leadership, value analysis committees, supply chain partners, and health system stakeholders · Credible technical and procedural support in the operating room , including case coverage and education · Development and execution of a thoughtful territory business plan in partnership with regional leadership Who we are looking for We are looking for demonstrated commercial success and the …
