Job Summary: Revance is seeking a hands-on, strategic leader to own the ongoing support, enhancement, and roadmap for our commercial and enterprise application portfolio. Reporting to the CTO, the Executive Director, Head of Commercial & Enterprise Applications is accountable for the health, scalability, and continuous improvement of the systems that run our commercial and business operations, including the Salesforce platform (Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Loyalty Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud), life scienc es CRM (IQVIA OCE), ERP ( Aptean Ross), contact center (Five9), payment gateways, and sales training and marketing applications (Allego, Docebo , Exfluential , and others). This is a player-coach role for a thought leader who builds best practices for scale, engineers quality in at the source, and drives toward a “zero incidents” support model. Reporting to: Chief Technology Officer Location: Nashville, TN; Dallas, TX; Los Angeles, CA; San Francisco, CA; or Johnson City, TN onsite (hybrid) Salary: *$225,000-$250,000 + performance bonus + equity *The final salary offered will depend upon factors that may include but are not limited to the quality and length of experience, education, and geographic location.
