DAY (United States of America) SUMMARY OF DUTIES Assists with guidance and training support for product-based knowledge to all related customers internal or external. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED 1. Demonstrates competency in therapeutic and core products. 2. In-service, guide, and clinically support customers on new and existing products. 3. Assist in the assessment of new product market research trials in the field (CPE’s) and new product introductions. 4. Provide ongoing product related instruction to customers and offer relevant product information. 5. Address clinical inquiries from doctors, technicians, sales representatives, and other relevant parties. 6. Integrate into the clinical and regional teams to become a value-add contributing member. 7. Acts as clinical product related resource to customers and sales teams. 8. Perform other duties and tasks, as required.
