Primary Function of Position The da Vinci® Urology Gynecology Sales Manager (UGSM) plays a critical role in driving specialty-focused adoption and utilization within Urology (URO) and Gynecology (GYN) across their assigned market or markets. The major responsibilities are to build, lead, and develop a high-performing specialty sales team that grows procedure adoption and deepens utilization of the da Vinci Surgical Systems among URO and GYN surgeons within the installed base, while cultivating new surgeon adoption in these specialties. This team must operate with an elevated level of sales acumen and drive, unlocking greater adoption in one of Intuitive's largest procedure opportunities. A defining feature of this role is close collaboration with overlapping Clinical Sales Managers (CSMs) to align on shared market strategies, account planning, and territory execution. The UGSM will leverage all ISI Ecosystem resources, including Digital, Field Engineering, Genesis, marketing, and MACA, to support these efforts.
