Work Flexibility: Field-based What You’ll Do As a Surgical Care Sales Representative, you will drive sales growth within your assigned territory by taking a consultative, relationship-focused approach to supporting healthcare professionals and improving patient outcomes. You will partner closely with Orthopaedic Instruments sales teams and collaborate across functions to build pipeline, close business, and expand existing accounts. Own and manage a defined geographic territory, executing a strategic plan to meet or exceed sales quotas Prospect, cold call, and develop new business across hospitals, surgery centers, and wound care clinics Engage with physicians, nurses, and clinical stakeholders to understand needs and recommend solutions Deliver product demonstrations, clinical training, and in-service education on wound care, skin closure, and negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT) products Build strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive product adoption and long-term partnerships Collaborate with Orthopaedic Instruments partners to identify opportunities and close complex deals Maintain and grow a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and track all account activity Analyze territory performance, customer data, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth Participate in industry events, trade shows, and clinical meetings to build brand…
