Work Flexibility: Field-based Sales Representative – Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT) Step into a field-based sales role focused on supporting healthcare providers with innovative Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) solutions. In this role, you will manage a defined territory, partner with physicians and clinical teams, and provide product support in office settings. This position combines consultative selling, clinical engagement, and territory management to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. ENT Product Portfolio: Stryker | ENT What You Will Do Develop and manage a sales territory by promoting and selling ENT products to physicians and healthcare providers. Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets through territory planning, account development, and opportunity management. Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding relationships within existing accounts. Support product evaluations, procedures, and customer demonstrations in office-based environments. Educate customers on product features, clinical applications, and economic value to support purchasing decisions. Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, clinicians, office staff, and key decision-makers across assigned accounts. Manage inventory, forecast territory needs, and maintain accurate sales and account records.
