The LEAF Regional Sales Specialist will lead the sales efforts in the assigned region of responsibility representing the company for Pressure Injury Prevention as an expert on Leaf and work closely with colleagues to represent the entire portfolio of pressure injury prevention products. The RBM works with the regional sales teams and the primary call points are nursing and IT leaders in hospitals. What will you be doing? Develop, communicate and execute a plan to meet a sales quota Ensure that customers are successful with the company’s products Develop regional Key Opinion Leader relationships Assist clinical team in assuring and/or providing in-person, and remote ongoing in-service training and other clinical support as necessary Contribute to development of initial and ongoing improvements to, product marketing materials, sales collateral and programs Assist Sales Region with adoption and implementation of Leaf, Allevyn and Skin care brands Contribute to overall company growth by participating in and/or taking charge of and leading various corporate business projects Act as the voice of the customer, and offer a real-world experience perspective with our products when providing input to the company’s new product development efforts Through local industry professional group …
