Full Line Sales Representative Location: Savannah, GA Life Unlimited At Smith+Nephew, we design and manufacture technology that takes the limits off living. What will you be doing? The Full Line Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales and providing technical support across the Trauma, Reconstruction, and Sports Medicine portfolio within an assigned territory. This individual partners with surgeons, hospitals, and healthcare professionals to develop strong customer relationships while delivering solutions that improve patient outcomes. Key responsibilities include: Achieving or exceeding territory sales objectives and market share goals. Developing and executing territory business plans to drive revenue growth. Building and maintaining relationships with orthopedic surgeons, clinical staff, administrators, and key decision makers. Providing intraoperative support and product expertise during surgical procedures. Conducting product evaluations, demonstrations, and customer education programs. Managing inventory and ensuring product availability to support customer needs. Collaborating with teammates to support a 24/7 on-call case coverage model. Maintaining deep technical knowledge across the Trauma, Reconstruction, and Sports Medicine portfolios. Identifying competitive threats and developing strategies to grow market share.
