Job Description: About the Opportunity As part of the Kerr Sales Organization , the Account Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth and achieving sales objectives within an assigned territory. This role serves as a trusted advisor to dental professionals, distributor partners, and key decision-makers by providing solutions that support customer needs and practice success. The Account Manager combines relationship-building, business development, and product expertise to grow existing accounts, acquire new customers, and strengthen the Kerr brand. Success in this role requires strong territory planning, effective opportunity management, and collaboration with authorized dealer partners to deliver sustainable sales growth. What You Will Do Develop and execute a territory growth plan to achieve or exceed revenue and sales objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with dental clinicians, practice leaders, and decision-makers within the assigned territory. Identify and convert new business opportunities while expanding share within existing accounts. Partner closely with authorized dealer representatives to drive customer acquisition, product adoption, and account growth.
