Elation is looking for an RCM Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will serve as our revenue cycle subject matter expert in the sales process, bringing deep billing and RCM expertise to complex demos and discovery conversations with prospects and customers. You'll partner closely with our Account Executive, Customer Success, and Product teams to bridge the gap between prospect pain points and Elation's billing and practice management capabilities, with a particular focus on small to medium sized practices. Role and Responsibilities Serve as the RCM SME for Elation working closely with sales, marketing and enablement to identify process excellence marrying Elation’s solutions with prospect and customer workflows Lead RCM-focused demos for small and mid-market prospects (typically 3–10+ provider prospects) Conduct live discovery with practice staff and billing teams, mapping workflows and pain points to resolve with Elation's AI billing and practice management solutions Serve as the RCM SME for existing customers, helping practices improve operations with Elation Deeply understand our customer…
