Job Description Position Summary: The Director, New Business Development (M&A ) plays a critical role in shaping and executing inorganic growth initiatives for BD’s Peripheral Interventions (PI) business unit. This role is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and advancing acquisitions, licensing transactions, and strategic investments that support PI’s long‑term growth priorities across its Vascular (Peripheral Vascular Disease, End‑Stage Kidney Disease) and Oncology (Biopsy, Women’s Health, Drainage, Ports, and Interventional Oncology) platforms. This is a business‑unit–embedded role that works in close partnership with the PI Strategy team, platform leaders, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
